We at Bhrsa are extremely selective in choosing brands and products we offer on our site so that you can feel confident that you are receiving products of highest quality. We strive to provide you with an optimized product description page so that you can assess all the details you need to make the right selection.

Before placing an order, Please take your time to read through product description and reviews placed by customers just like you. We encourage you also to share your true experience using the products so that other customers can shop at Bhrsa with the same confidence that you have. Help all create a healthy Bhrsa Lifestyle.

Before checking out please make sure that the correct product items/variants are in your cart. Once you check out your order is considered final.

 

However, if there are any issues with the products you purchased, we are listening.

Process:

  • An item purchased from our website will qualify for return or exchange only if the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
  • Requests for returns, refunds and exchanges must be communicated to Bhrsa team within 48 hours upon receipt of the product.
  • The Customer shall raise a return/ refund request within the above-mentioned period and shall send Us the picture of the packaging and the product at support@bhrsa.com.
  • The Customer shall cooperate through the investigation period which might vary from case to case.
  • We shall process the returns/refund/exchanges only after We have received the confirmation from the concerned vendor with respect to the contents of the product and the appropriate investigation is concluded by Bhrsa.
  • Bhrsa holds the sole discretion to determine whether an exchange or refund can be issued.

Guidelines You Must Know:

  • Please check the status of products purchased in ‘Product Details’ section. The products marked ‘Non-Returnable’ are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • The products qualify for returns only if:
  1. the products delivered does not match the Customer’s order; or
  2. the size of the product varies from the order placed; or
  3. the products have already expired; or
  4. the product delivered were damaged

 

  • Only such products are eligible for return/exchange which are unused and in original condition with tags intact to the products. The packaging of the product must also be kept intact and untampered by the Customer.

 

  • The products that do not qualify for return are:
  1. products that have been altered or used; or
  2. products that has been tampered with; or
  3. The item was purchased on discount or sale; or
  4. Items belonging to these categories are not eligible for returns/refund/exchanges: nourishing food, care & beauty, gift cards.
  • Bhrsa does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds process is as mentioned below:
  1. the refund shall only be processed only after a confirmation is received from the third-party seller concerned in respect to the condition/packaging of the product;
  2. the refund request will be validated on case-case basis.
  3. the refund will be generally initiated within 7 working days, but it might vary from case to case.
  4. the refund will either be credited to the source card/ account from which the purchase was made or Bhrsa Credit, depending upon the option chosen by the Customer.

 

Bhrsa Credit:

  • Bhrsa credit can be recharged into your account either by:

(i) online payment through a credit card/ debit card/ online bank account; or

(ii) if you chose your refund money to be credited as Bhrsa Credit.

  • Your Bhrsa credit cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn as cash and can only be used to purchase products on our website.
  • Bhrsa Credits have an expiry. Check FAQs for more details.

 

Bhrsa holds the sole discretion to determine whether an exchange or refund can be issued or to make any changes to this policy.
