The Future we look at is ONE eco-friendly pack of all your goodies reaching your doorstep.

Your orders might reach you from a few of our partners directly, and some of them might be delivered from our operational premises directly, depending on case to case basis. But here is how we are striving to ensure there is a low impact on the environment from a packaging perspective.

  • We use recycled corrugated boxes which are again 100% recyclable, reusable and compostable.
  • We request our partners to use corrugated boxes, kraft paper and kraft tapes which are all 100% recyclable and compostable.
  • Shipping Labels are printed on 100% recyclable paper.
  • Once we ship a package to customers, we encourage all our customers to reuse, compost, or recycle all packing materials. Each package is shipped with warmth, care & mindfulness.
  • We currently deliver products PAN India.
  • We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of all products across cities. We try our best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.
  • All orders are subject to a corresponding shipping fee based on location and the weight of the package.
  • Once an order has already been dispatched, Bhrsa will not be able to exchange the product. 
  • Bhrsa is not liable for any failure, delay, loss, and damage of the products while in transit.
  • Our partners generally pack the product ordered within 2 business days.
  • Our logistics partners are notified once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They pick up the product from the seller and dispatch it to the customer location.
  • The general timelines for delivery post pickup is 3-7 days.
  • Our operations are live across all business days (except Weekends and National Holidays)

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. Order Cancellation:

There may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Bhrsa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase. We believe in health and wish to emphasize seasonality in produce.

We might encounter inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Bhrsa.

Delivery:

Bhrsa will strive to deliver your placed orders within 8 - 14 business days on the basis of your location. We ship through our logistics partner, couriers, and Indian postal Services.
