Our castor beans undergo a traditional and meticulous process. Firstly, they are carefully hand-shelled and naturally dried under the sun. Once dried, the beans are manually crushed using a traditional stone grinder. The following day, at the break of dawn, the crushed beans are cooked in hot water to extract the precious castor paste. Our ancestors followed this method as they believed that the first rays of sunlight infused the oil with life and vitality. We carefully collect the oil that naturally rises to the surface during the boiling process and set it aside for an additional day.
